Really poor quality assurance
I have not used the product so can’t comment on the efficiency. When my product arrived it had very viable defects (dried glue over the wood and scratched stone) which leads me to believe there is not even minimal quality control is performed by Blackrock. To add insult to injury I had to pay the £11 to return it. Very poor, still want a stone set but not from this lot. Will also raise with Amazon as paying to return defected products should not happen

Overpriced
Not worth the money, overpriced for what it is. There are other options out there, a lot better value for money (will do same thing but for a lot less money)
