What is the depth of the product?

10 inches usable depth inside. Outside the unit it is a 12 inch depth from the back to the front door of the unit.

Does this come with rack screws? or do we need to buy separately?

Mine came with a bag of rack screws. I don't recall how many because I used my own preferred black ones. I think it came with silver ones, but it did not come with screws for mounting the rack to a surface except for masonry. I got lag bolts and mounted to studs. Keep in mind this is not standard width, so you have to mount it to a board or something else that is attached to wall studs. It was also weird because it came with a cooling fan, but I dont use it because it's really loud.

Where can I find plain shelves for this?

It comes with 3 shelf brackets. You could simply place a flat piece of sheet metal across brackets and anchor with a screw to stop movement if necessary. Also 3d printed shelves are available on several sites.

Are there any shelves available without needing modifications?

We spent considerable time looking, and were never able to find any.
