Poor packaging and faulty product.
Big Question on Supply Chain... pls check the probability of original product getting replaced.. packaging was very poor.. inner plastic cover was already in torn condition. And about product cover fruit intake cylinder case lower bottom surface is damaged... Surface is not smooth.. it seems used old. Pls check the video uploaded..

Perfect fit
Perfect fit for my 7-year-old Sujata juicer. This delicate part was not covered with thermocoule but fortunately did not get any damage during transit.
