what are the plastic items included with the screws?

I believe those are the wall anchors so that if you are putting this where there aren’t any studs the anchors keep it from pulling out of the wall.

Has anybody used these in the kitchen cabinet to store pot lids

I have not. Slots are not wide enough for pot lids, but possibly used for plastic ware type, but would get lost in the bottom I believe. Pockets are too deep.

Does this product needs assembly, or it comes fully assembled? by assembly I mean having to put together different parts i.e., Pockets, trays etc.

It comes assembled. Mine had anchors so it was easy to mount to my wall. Does just what I had hoped for.

Great clipboard holder

We use this in our shop to hold clipboards. It works great for that and helps keep things organized.

Arrived damaged

The carton was badly dented. The rack had flat sections that were dented, and the back had an actual hole punched through it by something sharp.
