Good quality. Should last a long time. Use with basic stretching and strength videos. The only con is not having the weight listing on each color. I wrote on each with a marker so I didn't have to remember.

Use these 4out of 7 days. Yellow works for me. 77 year old woman. Resistance banks used in my soma yoga class. Now I can practice at home.

The item is fine, however I bought a new product, yet I received a package that was cut open.

Good quality

These are the same brand my Physical Therapist uses and the resistance level works great for the different strengths, the tension isn't too tight like other brands. They work for a variety of exercises regardless of upper body or lower, they are easily portable so I can take them to work.

Disappointed. The band broke the second time that I used it. I had done that same exercise for months with the band from my physical therapist. But two times with this brand and it broke.
