I am installing the Bosch 7 gallon tankless hot water heater is this the wire that I use to straight wire it to my breaker box?

He'll not! Firstly this wire are too thin for a power line from the breaker box. Secondly the right wire to any normal power line from the breaker box are 14 to 10 AWG a 12AWG would be OK, that wire must be one single and solid core for the Live (black) and white for the neutral, green is ground. You can use a 3 cores solid 12AWG electrical cable with the metal hose to come out into a power line from your breaker box to avoid to do any ilegal installation. Remember this is a job for a professional electrician, anything that I'm saying here is just to guide you to buy the right thing and I'm not encouraging you to do this at any moment, please leave someone done this as right way. Will this wire withstand outdoor direct burial in-ground?

Should work ok. Try to bury it in a low traffic area, with no vehicles driving on it. Hope this helps.

Can this cable be used for on a submerged sewer pump?
