This is a great, effective helper for rehabbing my knee, and overall fitness exercise routines! I discovered these after my physical therapist recommended getting bands to help with my home PT of my knee injury. I still use them today for my workouts since my knee has recovered! These are small, portable, durable, easy and clearly marked resistance levels on them. Has a carrying bag if you want, I am going to get a second set to keep with me, and one to keep in the home gym area. Don't buy anything more expensive when this has all the stuff you need in a nice resistance band package. I love doing "Monster Walks" in these, and balance type of workouts my PT gave me to do. great workout accessory.

Reason for purchase: to supplement my traditional weight-based and cardio workouts with targeted exercises to improve mobility and to improve range of motion. As a disclaimer, this is the first set of exercise bands that I've purchased on my own. I have used exercise bands during physical therapy sessions as well as at my gym. Packaging and initial inspection: The exercise bands arrived in good condition and the packaging was adequate. Quality: Three of the Bands appear to be constructed from a single piece, but the black band appears to have been a combination of two separate pieces. Seeing this, I was concerned that it would not withstand repetitive use with high stress. So far after three weeks of use, the bands have held up very well. I have only tested them in an air-conditioned room and have not expose them to high heat or very cold environments, but their elasticity has not degraded in any way. Preliminary conclusion: with only 3 weeks of use, it's hard to judge how durable these bands will be in the long run. at this point, I am impressed by the quality and the value of this product at the price point. From a health standpoint, exercise bands can help provide significant gains without a significant time, money, or space investment, and I highly recommend them to anyone trying to improve their mobility.

I was looking for exercise bands to use after finishing a course of Physical Therapy. I found these online, and although skeptical of the cost (read inexpensive), I bought them. WOW! What a nice surprise. They are well made, strong and do the job perfectly. I like the fact that they are color coded according to their strength and they have a carrying pouch so I can take them with me on vacation.. What a good buy for very little money. I would definitely recommend these to anyone looking for exercise bands.

You get four of these resistance loops, from light, medium, heavy and xxheavy, come with a little bag for storage. These have been working great for me. The quality seem pretty good, and so far no holes upon inspecting them, according to the box the is a.liftime warranty if you register them on their website, so i will be doing just that. What I love about these is you can take them everywhere because they are so compact and fit perfectly in a purse. Thanks to these loops I can be sure I will never miss a work out, I can even get some exercises done while in bed or watching tv. These are great, I do recommend the reaistance loops, you cant go wrong with this great price.

I bought a pair of $10 loop bands at my local Fred Meyer store that did not stay in place, and curled up my thigh during use. These bands are much better, but still tend to curl during use. The package arrived as promised and timely. I like the variety of resistances offered, and use the red or black bands, as my fitness level is intermediate. I haven't tried any other brands of loop bands, and was a little disappointed that they curled up during use. For this reason, you may want to research loop bands a little more, before purchasing these. This is a good product, and I am glad they are in my exercise tool kit.

I broke my ankle & had to have surgery. My doctor recommended these bands to help with physical therapy. They are all very durable and come in 4 levels of resistance. I started with the green (light weight) and have been working my way up the colors to a heavier resistance level. The width of these bands are very comfortable for working your foot/ankle. They fit comfortably under my arch and are easy to use. I would highly recommend them. The bag that comes with them is small and convenient for storing or transporting.

Love them!! Only just got them so I've just started my new routine but now I have no excuses. They came in 2 days and that was a pleasant surprise because I expected to wait longer. The quality is great because they're strong and that's a plus for me,it's what I need to push myself. I also bought a set for my daughter as a surprise so I'm sure she'll be excited as well. They even included a coupon for my next purchase and that was inviting because they have a large selection I'm anxious to look into. I've used these in physical therapy and have a routine to follow and this is pretty much what the doctor wanted for me. Now I just have to "stick with it" no excuses.

I initially bought these to help heal my diastasis recti for the 8-week Mommy Mango Program. I haven't used them yet even though I'm on week 3. Therefore, this review is based on my home workout/weight-training routine. These bands are too light for working out legs. I've never lifted weights at a gym, so I'd call myself a beginner. I double the heavy and extra heavy bands together to get a decent resistance while using them on my legs. I expected that level of resistance on a heavy band alone. I have not used these bands for the upper body. Personally, my legs are much stronger than my arms, so that these bands might work for the arms. Material is okay. They do slip now and then... depending on exercise and the material of my clothing. I think I will invest in wider bands; that might help.
