Zero Odor Pro - Commercial Strength Odor Eliminator - Neutralizer - Deodorizer - Smell Remover - Trigger Spray (32-ounce)

I have a dog that peed on my carpet and on my rug. Despite washing the rug in the washing machine and using a carpet cleaner, i could not get rid of the smell. I bought a couple of products for specific pet stains, the main ones that are sold on amazon at a price range of £10 each. Nothing worked. This is a very expensive product so i really wanted to avoid spending this much.. however, since nothing else worked i decided to give it a try, at the end of the day there is always the option to return it. So i ordered it! I used it on both the rug and the carpet, one application was not enough, i actually did three. However there is absolutely no trace of the smell on both surfaces. The product itself smells of chlorine and bleach, but that smell goes away after a few hours and it is not overpowering. I decided to spray it also on my couch, and it made all the smell go away. After that i filled a spray bottle with a bit of fabric softener and water and sprayed it everywhere, carpet, rug and couch… my flat now smells so lovely and clean. This product does not cover smells, it makes it go away. I am so impressed and pleased. Yes it is expensive, but at the same time i spent as much money just trying different products that did not work. The bottle is big and it lasts for a while so i definitely think that it is worth the price. I Definitely recommend it

Great product, did get rid of a very strong smell.

Over priced and did nothing apart from make my trainers smell of bleach and foot odur. Avoid this overly priced too expensive waste of money. Paying more in this case was totally the wrong idea.

Bad smell in one of the bedrooms and found a dead rat in the loft. Bought Zero Odor Pro to treat the smell. On receipt the spray head was broken so decanted the contents into another spray bottle. Replaced the loft insulation in that section and sprayed Zero Odor in both the bedroom and the loft several times. Whilst it appeared to treat the smell, it was only temporary and the smell persisted though not as strong. Have searched for any other rodents and not found any. Overall disappointed it did not remove the smell completely.

Used this product to get rid of cigarettes smell on a rug, however this product did not eliminate the smell. Made it worse! I’d save your money and avoid this product!

We have dogs and grandchildren, enough said. In the cooler months we are able to open up the windows for some good airflow and get some fresh air. When the hot summers are here we choose the a/c and keep the windows closed, that’s when odors are most noticeable. Even with regular cleaning and more than occasional deep cleaning, things get smelling a little stale. My husband doesn’t like anything with a ‘cover up’ smell and other typical disinfectant sprays don’t leave a very pleasant after smell. In my search for something to help, I came across this and it had a lot of great reviews so I gave it a try and it is absolutely the answer! It deodorizes and while at first it does have a slight cleaner scent to it, that goes away very quickly.. it removes the odor without leaving a smell that even my husband can detect. It is my quick ‘pre guest’ go to, a few quick sprays and I know that every smell I have gone nose blind to will be taken care of. The spray bottle is excellent and provides an even spray without leaking. I ordered another larger refill container and plan on routinely using this.

I started w/ the scented one, which gave me a bit of a headache, even though it's pretty mild. I'm chemically sensitive though, so thankfully discovered the unscented version for next time. I have cats and they go bonkers sometimes w/ peeing or pooping if they get locked in a room, or letting me know something is wrong. I've had 2 mattresses ruined from this, but w/ the Zero Odor pro, I'm going to see if I can salvage the second one. Clued in too late to get waterproof mattress protectors for me my queen. This stuff works gangbusters. I had a female, while in heat, pee in laundry and my craft basket w/ expensive yarn and cherished projects. I left them in a bin, for well over a year, outside, so they were good and festering in heat and every weather. It still completely removed the smell from the first project and yarn I treated. I used unscented oxy to soak after spraying liberally. Sprayed again, soaked again and everything came as good as new after air drying under a fan. I'm impressed. The pro is better than the regular formula. For those very fragrance sensitive like me, the Pro formula I found the easiest to tolerate. This one doesn't bother me like the regular formula. W/ the regular, I either got someone else to spray it, or I did it in short bursts and got the heck away. For those severally sensitive, there is that dreaded masking agent in all the formulas. For me it's tolerable and this stuff is terrific and will take away any smell, no matter how ground in or entrenched.

This order eliminator really helped a bad situation at our house. Last week my son accidentally knocked a bottle of men’s cologne off his book case and it shattered and soaked into his carpet. The smell was overwhelming. We used everything that was suggested on the internet to cut the odor. Rubbing Alcohol, vinegar and water, baking soda, shop vac then our carpet cleaner. These things helped somewhat but the odor was still permeating the air in his room and the whole upstairs. One last search online brought up “Zero Odor Pro Commercial Odor Eliminator “. It was actually a god send for us. It was delivered right away and I sprayed it all over the entire upstairs. That really helped take away most of the strong smell. In his room we sprayed the air but we also sprayed the carpet where the cologne odor was still pretty strong. BINGO!!! This wonderful bottle of Zero Order Eliminator did the trick. We had to spray it a couple of times but it cut the odor down by 80 to 90 percent. I almost cried. I thought for sure I was going to have to replace his carpet. We are very thankful to who ever invented this wonderful product. Very easy to use. Just spray and the formula does the rest. I am extremely satisfied with this product. I highly recommend this to anyone who needs help with any kind of of odors. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It really works! ***Update Aug 5th 2026 I had a Friend come over and do a “Sniff Test” in the Dead Mouse Cupboard. She said the Cupboard smells clean, absolutely no smell of rotting Mouse body. I had a decaying Mouse in a snap trap, in the cupboard of my RV. The juices had leached into the Plywood. I hosed the entire cupboard space, and all the neighbouring spaces. Left it overnight (approx 13hrs)… came back did the sniff test, NO SMELL! Absolutely zero reason to gag, except the PTSD, from the smell the day before. There’s a slight bleach smell to the trailer, but honestly, what would you rather smell? HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO KILL THE STENCH OF ROTTING MICE IN RV’S
