I use this all the time when making homemade mixes. Great flavor and easy to use. I never have buttermilk on hand when I need it and this does the trick.

Used it for some beef stroganoff oh my gosh, it was absolutely amazing. The flavor was great mixed well I really really like it and it’s going to be on my list to purchase again.

I love this product and will continue to buy it. Can't tell a difference in this and buying it from from store.

I've purchased this buttermilk powder several times, and I am quite pleased with its taste. The texture is good, but it does clump up on occasion. Most grocery stores today do not carry buttermilk, so I am glad to have an alternative product available to me. This product stores well and is quite versatile. I use it in my pancakes, cornbread, and wherever real buttermilk is called for. This product is indispensable to me.

Worked well for me. I'm a Carnivore and only eat things made from animals. Makes my stuff fluffy and lighter weight than other things. I like the texture it gives.

I recently purchased this 2 pound sack of Buttermilk powder. This is spectacular. I'm not gonna use it to make Buttermilk. Instead, I'm gonna use this to make ranch dust for my popcorn seasoning. As this is a very cost effective way to make my perfect popcorn flavor at home super high quality.Amazing product exactly as advertised.Overall a good value for the price that I paid.Stores away for a long time.This is a huge capacity container.It dissolves and mixes, well, if you want to reconstitute it at home the texture is really nice.
