I called Brio customer support and was given instructions to turn off the hot and cold buttons, unplug the machine for 2 hours, plug it back in, dispense some water, turn on the hot/cold, and see if it started working. This did not work. I called Brio back during business hours. The phone rang for ages and no one answered. It would have been just as cost effective to take $300 in cash and run it through a shredder. This is the third water dispensing machine that has malfunctioned in our office. I suppose the return process will also be a hassle - assuming I ever get someone at Brio to answer the phone.
