Fun Express Treasure Chest Treat Boxes (1 Dozen), Bulk

I bought these for VBS when we were studying King Josiah. The boxes just fold right up. I did add a piece of tape to the inside of the bottom to make sure they stayed flat which was no big deal. They are colorful and just what I was looking for. I thought the price was very good too for 12 boxes.I added a small scroll, a couple of chocolate coins and a few life savors per our theme of being on a desert island. There was room for any lesson papers if folded and even a sturdy handle for carrying.The next week we asked the kids what we studied the week before and the first thing they mentioned was the treasure box. I thought they were the perfect visual aids.

I ordered these favor boxes for my son's pirate-themed birthday party. They are adorable! The quality is great. They comfortably hold several party favors and a bunch of candy. They are sturdy, so with everything inside, they do not seem like they are going to buckle or fall apart at all. The size is perfect. They aren't too big or too small. Yes, you could probably buy plain plastic treat bags for cheaper, but for the amount you get, I think it is a great deal! Plus, they add a little somthing extra to the party's decor and that is always great. And lastly,the kids love them and think they are the neatest thing ever!

Where do you put gold doubloons? In a treasure chest, of course! If you are a pirate, that is. And we were acting like pirates our on summer trip to Santa Fe along I-10 and I-25 through the vast Chihuahuan Desert this past July. Apparently this area used to be an Inland Sea, so I wasn't far off if you add a little imagination. We finally caught up with the pirates and captured the gold doubloons. If your cardboard treasure chest doesn't quite make it through your trip, this pack provides one dozen just like it. But ours made it through the 3 week trip and now sits on our dining room table as a souvenir of the trip.

Good price--but not as sturdy as I'd hoped. The boxes go together easily IF the sides do not come unglued. It's easy to put an extra layer of tape on the bottom to make the box sturdier overall, but it's frustrating if the box comes unglued before you can use it. The boxes are cute and a great party favor for anything treasure-themed.

Used these to hold "treasure" from my sons pirate themed party. It held many candy treasures such as rolos, Hershey silver nuggets, and ring pops. It also held a few mardi gras beaded necklaces, a homemade spy glass, and a few other trinkets. We had a few left over and my son piled some extras into his. That is the only one that lost it's bottom. Otherwise, they worked well & held a good amount. If you're not sure of weight, I would encourage you to tape the bottom with moving tape. I'm glad I bought them instead of making treasure bags I had intended to make.

These were the perfect treat boxes for my 2 sons' combined jake and the never land pirates themed birthday party. I was able to fit 1 juice box, a small bag of hello panda cookies, 1 trail mix snack pack, 1 rice crispy treat, a treasure map, jake stickers and some "gold doubloons." Perfect fit, perfect amount of treats. The only thing critical I have to say about it would be that it is a bit flimsy but I don't need it to last long I just need it to look good and it does! Plus the price is great!

I really love these because they are durable and easy to assemble. They have kind of a plastic feel along with the cardboard. I ordered some other treasure chests for my son's "pirate party" and they were terrible. They instantly ripped and were impossible to put together and very cheap and over priced and I ended up having to throw them away. I then saw these online and decided to give them a try. They are great. We filled them with all kinds of treasures for the party and they held up very well. worth the money.

Ordered to use as treat boxes for my 8-year-old's birthday party. They arrived quickly and they are super cute boxes. Unfortunately, they are not very durable. They wouldn't stay together and would not hold even a small amount of candy or toys unless they were completely reinforced with tape. Even the top flaps would not stay closed. I would recommend looking for something more sturdy if you plan to use them for treat boxes.
