We rent, so I am wondering if I use command strips, do you think they will be strong enough to hold everything in place?

I don’t think so. It is not heavy but the frame gets wiggled  a little bit every time it’s used.   The screw holes would not show if you removed it since they are small and under the cabinet. Another way to put it up would be with  strong magnets available on Amazon and a piece of flat metal inside the cabinet. You would attach the magnets to the frame with zip ties, gorilla tape or glue. Put the flat metal in the cabinet and strong enough magnets would hold to the metal even with the piece of wood in between.   At my work we have many baskets holding papers and heavy items, suspended from the bottom of the metal cabinets by magnets with hooks.

Question 2

How many pills will each slot hold? Example:  I take several Herbal medicines that are big in size....

The e-pill ACCUTAB holds lots of Medications and Vitamins / Supplements. Each compartment holds up to 25 (twentyfive!) aspirin sized tablets. There are 3 (three) compartments per day = 75 (seventyfive) aspirin sized tablets. If you take your Herbal medicines less than three times per day you have one or more extra compartments (doses) you can load.

Question 3

Do you put a bottle of pills in one slot if you are going to take one every day at the same time?

NO!  I ended up returning this.  I originally purchased it because I thought dispensing the pills from below the case was a better option, but finding a good place to put it for daily use turned out to be more difficult than expected, so I returned it.  Most dispensers have small cases and due to the large size of the capsules I take, the dispensers do not always work very well as the pills get stuck.
