GARNO Knee Brace for Women & Men, Patellar Tendon Support Strap (XL/2XL)

This helped me when I get bakers cysts behind my knees !! I’ve alternated using this brace on my left and right knee - sometimes it need to be adjusted slightly as it slips a bit - over all it helps to support issues when my partially torn meniscus gets out of place which is on and off for left and right knee. I would recommend this and buy again . I find it has more than one functionality and helps for more than one issue which makes this a wonderful product ! It is also durable and portable - making it practical !

I injured my knee in a race this summer. My knee already had arthritis (and tendinitis of the patella). I tried another brace my friend recommended on Amazon but it created more pain. This brace gives just enough support and you still have mobility of the knee. The material is comfortable. I wear it during the school day since I am a teacher. I am on my feet most of the day. My only complaint is that the support pads are removable to the point that they really don’t stick when you’re not wearing the brace. I’ve almost lost them a few times. There needs to be a better way to have removable pads.

The dual tendon support straps are key here; they prevent excessive movement around the kneecap while I’m on the trail. It stayed firmly in place through a 5k run, which is rare for plus-size braces. Highly recommend for active recovery!

The Velcro could be longer in order to keep them in place

I bought this based on the volume of reviews because I’m a “solid” woman. The measurements were what I needed and was looking forward to having the support. This product didn’t stay in place at all, not even when sitting. I thought perhaps there was some magic trick I was missing, but after attempting several times following directions it still wouldn’t stay in place. Glad it works for so many, but all this was to me was a disappointing inconvenience requiring me to make a trip to the UPS Store to return. At least it was a free return.

This worked very well for me. The split design doesnt put pressure on the kneecap, and the had the larger size i needed.

I had high hopes for this product as my knees have been acting up lately. The first day I wore the wrap, I could definitely feel a difference in pressure points around my knees, and maintained a comfortable fit throughout the day. The major problem I have is that the first time I took it off to let my knee breathe a little, the adjustable pads on the interior of the brace/wrap fell off to the ground as the adhesive that holds the velcro patch on the pad came off. With one of the two pads having this issue, it would be manageable as you can hold the pad in place as you put on the wrap, but with both having the issue, it is difficult to keep the pads in place where you need them while putting on the wrap.

With the adjustable design, I can apply firm, focused pressure right on the patella without restricting circulation in other areas. It gives exactly the support my tendon need

This product has exceeded my expectations. My pain is occasional and located just below the knee, so I don't require heavy knee support. This is doing the job. The brace is comfortable, easy to adjust, and effective in providing support. I recommend this product.
