This is a great little kit for your handbag or backpack. The instant cold pack is a game changer for those twists on a day out, and the silver blanket is a potential lifesaver. The torch is small, bright and very useful and there’s enough room to add extras if needed. Very good value.

Purchased for my daughter D of E expedition. Impressed it came with the foil blanket and other basics.

I was looking for a small first aid kit to keep in my bag when looking after the kids or to keep on me while hiking/foraging/fishing. This seemed overall a pretty good value choice. It can be worn on the belt as well if you thread it through the loop but I found this a little bulky. The only downside is it is so compact, there is very little space to add to the kit. A little extra space would have been a welcome bonus. Overall though pretty good and I'm happy with it.

Great first aid kit to take out on hiking trips.

When I was a young man, I did a lot of international independent travelling and always had a first aid kit in my bag. Now I'm an old man, I have a lot of days out using my bus pass or on my bike and wanted a first aid kit in my EDC bag.

First aid kits tend to either be a bit sparse or contain enough kit for WW3. I think this one strikes the right balance for one or two day active outdoor activities. I'll be using it for mutliday hikes,and longer trail runs with my trail back pack. It looks like a good size for sportives too. I liked that this one had an ice pack.There is space in the kit if you want to customise content or need to make your own additions such as personal medication.Construction / stitching is pretty good. The products inside also have a good shelf life up to 2024 in my case (written 2019), I've had other kits which have expired within a year in the past which was a bit pants.The little annodised torch and mini carabina is a nice touch. Ok it's not going to beat my Peztl Nao but having a spare light source to change the batteries in other devices or just quickly find something in the dark is always useful.(Hint: there is a plastic insulator inside it that you have to remove to get it working, you also have to flip the little button battery cartridge so that the negative terminal is towards the front of the torch)

Brilliant product, by far the best first aid kit i have purchased its a great size nice and lightweight and compact, ideal for anyone who enjoys the great outdoors. As a keen mountain biker this will be something which i carry with me all the time, not just for myself but for friends or anyone i may encounter who requires medical assistance.The first aid kit has all the essentials you would need for basic first aid such as plasters, bandages, antiseptic wipes and even a ice pack and emergency blanket are all included which is a bonus, and not many first aid kits include.For the price of around £8 its a bargain, also it includes a small torch which is rather handy. I did have some trouble with the torch not working but after speaking to Guardsy via Instagram i got it working in the end.Definitely my go to first aid kit, and i will certainly be buying more in the future.
