Garlic Saucisson Sec From The Savoie, Approx 170g

This cured pork sausage is delicious. I ate it in one sitting it’s that good (had a little help as I had my mum also eating it). It’s a good quality small sausage, but it tastes a lot better than if you bought it from a store. It’s is VERY addictive when you taste it, so maybe have self control. It’s a little expensive, but that’s what you pay to have something so good.

The taste is absolutely delicious, I was going to add a photograph but it was eaten and savoured before I had the opportunity. I will have to double my order next time. 💯

nice flavour ,not a lot for the money

Made the mistake of throwing in fridge! I would say best at room temperature as fridge makes it too tough and dulls the flavours. Once at room temp it becomes more chewable and that garlic powers through immediately. Not my favourite salami but still worth a try.

Smaller than I expected for the cost of it but tasty anyway.
