Is this the blue cherry flavor?

You’re not supposed to drink it. Blue does not mean grape or blue cherry flavor.

So to confirm, this would be 36 packets total since there's 12 packs of 3-count product? Or is this really just 4 packs of 3-count product?

NO! 12 INDIVIDUAL packets (In 3-packet strips). I assumed I would get 12 packages of three products each...however, I received 4 packages of 3 products--only 12 individual packets.

Has anyone used these in a small washing machine? Will be traveling in Europe, and some places we're staying have small machines in the room.

they are definitely NOT for small washing machines -- I think it even says that somewhere either on the Amazon.com page, or on the packaging itself. There's only about a tablespoon of product in the packet, and it's very low-sudsing. I imagine if you're staying at places where they have small washing machines in the room, they will probably also have suitable detergent. Good luck and have a nice trip.
