I stopped taking synthroid (25mcg) because the symptoms improved for the first half year but then returned, then i stopped taking it, felt even worse so restarted and the same happened again (this was done under doctors orders). Since my symptoms are many but not extreme I thought of trying a more natural approach to healing them rather than keep increasing synthroid, which I believe is of limited efficacy since its chemical structure is so different from our natural hormone that i doubt our body can recognize it for what it is trying to replace. I have taken LES Labs Thyroid health for exactly 3 weeks.
