A: Number of mg per capsule (amount per serving) is listed on back of package under Supplement Facts, not as a total but as number of mg of vitamin C 250mg, vitamin D 25mcg (micrograms), 1 microgram equaling .001 mg, and Zinc 25mg.  A Proprietary organic blend of root and seed parts 550mg.

**Q: What time do i take this do i take it when im awake or set alarm every 6 hours ?**
A: Doesn’t have to be exact. Day 1 you take 4x a day so plan it with 3 meals and then before bed. Day 2 you take 3x so plan with each meal.

**Q: Can it take by big kid? I know it is for adults, but can it be taken by 16 year old boy who is 180lb and 5'11"? Basically the size of an adult?**
