what type oil should I use?

It’s necessary to check regularly the grease inside the machine. You need to add 10-20 gram lubricant grease usually after 15-20 working hours. The grease is included in the set and if you run out of it, you can purchase Shell or Mobi grease ROTELLA 40 (engine grease) or equivalent. Use the provided wrench to turn anti clockwise to open the grease pot.

I am having some trouble with my hammer drill. Is there a customer support e-mail?

You need to be more specific about your problem. BTW, for the hammer to work properly, the weight of the tool should be on the bit.

How wide is the chisel bit that comes with this drill?

The chisel bit is about 1" wide.

Is there a bit that would allow to hammer in ground rods or large landscape stakes or rebar. Cup shape head?

Any sds plus bits will work on this. SDS MAX WILL NOT!! Not sure abut the landscape stuff but Home Depot stocks sdsplus ground rod drivers
