Did what I hoped
Used this to seal the walls of a concrete panel garage to the concrete base. Was easy to apply and filled the gaps. Quite hard to push into the gaps and then smooth as its very sticky, needs a wet finger to help a bitAs proof of use - in the very heavy rain in the UK late September I had standing water outside the garage but the inside was dry so a success - would use again
