Hadn't realised all the initial reviews were essentially publisher reviews!However, the book has arrived and I can honestly say this is A GREAT book! For kids/beginners.Bought for my 9yr old daughter for Xmas, this book is full of basic instruction and really good ideas for projects, all of which are achievable with only a little assistance from me!Her and her sister have already made a couple if fruit shaped pin cushions and have now ordered material for a beanbag for the cat to sleep on!Would highly recommend.

Pushing their luck really saying 30 projects. I was looking for a book full of projects lkke the pizza and sloth. There were about 5 of these. The rest was intricate detail on how to sew. Really? The best way for children to learn is with an adult, not using a book.Their weren't enough pictures, and whats there is too small.Most pages looked like the photo I took.
