How to install on pedals

Don't try to put these on as a unit. Take the two blocks out of the rubber band, place them on either side of the pedal (put a piece of tape around to hold them in place if you have to, though I could hold them in place easily), then pull the rubber band over the whole thing. It's MUCH easier this way. I'm a 66-year-old woman with no strength, and I could do it in about 2 minutes per pedal. Almost gave up when I tried to put it on all in one piece.

will they work with a exercise bike?

No. I bought this for my daughter for an exercise bike. She was so disappointed.

how do they go on the pedal?

You stretch the rubber strap over the original bike pedal. Then the pedal will be twice the size. Hopefully, it helps the child pedal easier. It did help my granddaughter.

can I use these on a golf cart? I'm 4ft 10in tall & can't quite reach the gas petal.

I don't know. They're cheap enough to try. We had a bad time getting them to stay in place on the bike. Good luck!
