Not Needed

My husband bought this fridge to upgrade from a smaller mini fridge that was super cold,it even froze beer at many times. However with 3 guys plus in the house, we decided to buy a bigger fridge that was nice, The frige is durable, it has several racks, to get it like the picture you have to remove like one or two racks to get the beers to stand up but that is all good, It is cold, I am not sure about the other reviews but we put the settings on the coldest which is 7, and the beer is just as cold as the other one and it is full to the rim. I didn't count how many beers are in there but atleast 3 30 packs and some of another one (they drink to fast for me to count lol) So assuming it was 118, but the point of that was that even when full, the beers were super cold. I don't see anything negative besides the owners manual is very vague, there was a black peice that came with it but I couldn't figure out where it went. The shipping, I ordered it Wednesday night at 10pm and it arrive Friday via fedex, The package was super light as well. Good deal! Thanks!

I can't allocate a half a star. Beware of the bad reviews, they are accurate. Sadly enough this is a marquee product line for LivingDirect out of Austin. If this is their quality brand the rest of the line up must be god awful. So much for wanting to support American made. Do yourself a favor and punch yourself in the face before you click the purchase button for this product. Parts came off in shipping, drip tray loose in box and no idea where it goes or why it's needed, instructions are garbage (only needed them to understand which way these stupid wire racks go) and of course I put them the opposite way. What does that mean? It's mean that your soda cans will hit the back wall which is nothing but ice and will make all your cans explode. if you want a fridge that you have to pull everything out and clean once per week than this is the piece of sh*t you've been looking for.Positive is it's quiet. But you'll overlook that because the cooling mechanism will piss you off. De-icing, no feedback on the cooling dial. Just a real piece of crap. REMOVE IT from your inventory Amazon.Should have listened to my wife and paid $700 for a U-Line.

The product looks very good, is sturdy, and does the job of keeping everything very cold. I had previously purchased a Danby beverage fridge, but had to return it because it would not get below 45 degrees. This one gets plenty cold if you want it to! Set on 5 (it goes all the way to 7) it is 35 degrees. Soda started freezing when I had it set to 6.The only improvement I would make has to do with the interior light. The previous Danby beverage cooler had nifty blue LED lights that would stay on if you wanted at the flip of a switch on the outside of the unit. This unit only has a single incandescent bulb poorly located on the right side center of the unit. The switch is located next to the interior temperature control.This one does a great job and I'd rate it much higher than it appears others have rated competing products.Shipping was fast and it was crated very securely. While shipping cost was high, the combined cost of product and shipping was less than comparable products I could buy locally and it was delivered right to my door. This is a very good product at a great price.

Great size and shape but makes too much noise for use in my media room where I intended to use it.Update October 2013: I have had this for over 2 years now. It still works great but is still very loud. Instead of my media room I now use it at work in my office where it is too loud in the room to hear the noise the machine makes anyway. Beautiful machine and keeps things very cold. if only it were not so loud this would be a perfect zip/beauty/value combination.

We are on our third one and it seems to be working fine. The first one received was dented, second stoped working after 2 weeks. The customer service was very nice and helpful but was a pain having to put the product back in the packing and large box to return.

Have had my mini fridge for about 3 months now, works great, even a bit too great. No problem with temperature as I have read from other posts.. It gets so cold that I had cans of my wife's coke zero explode from freezing the can actually split ope. 4 different cans so I had to turn it up a bit so I would have any more can freezing. Its quiet enough, don't really notice any noise from it, occasionally when it gets used a lot u can hear the compressor kick in for a while but it doesn't last long and tune it out rather quickly. It holds a lot of cans, bottles etc. Was worried when I read all the reviews but tried it anyways. We love the glass because we have about 12-15 different varieties of drinks in it. This unit replaces a skybox nfl beverage dispenser. All of my friends want one of these units now, They can't believe how cold it keeps stuff and how handy it is.

We ordered this fridge for our office and everything seemed to be working fine for the first few months. Our biggest complaint at the time was that it doesn't quite have the space it claims to have, but that's ok.Then it just stopped working one day. The problem is that EdgeStar doesn't really believe in good service. They insist that you have to hire a certified technician on your own to come inspect the machine. Then, and only then, will EdgeStar send a replacement part that the technician can come back and install. Basically you have to pay a technician just as much as the value of the fridge to fix the crappy product.And this is all within the first year and under warranty.No thank you. We basically have a glorified box now.

Have had my fridge for about 4 months now.It still works great as it did on day 1.No problem with maintaining cold temperature as I have read from other posts..The cans I put it are always cold when I take them out.This mini fridge holds a lot of cans, bottles and other snacks.I like the glass and we have about 12-15 different varieties of drinks in it.Very handy and it seems it will last a long time!
