I had tried to make my own, this is WAYYY better.
I was converted to the idea of modelling chocolate earlier in the year, I made my own. In the cold weather I tried to make my own again, but the chocolate just kept splitting, so a friend recommended the Saracino. Wow, this stuff is great! It holds the colour well , moulds well as when it warms up and sets beautifully as it cools down.

Damaged/faulty product with no return available!
A heads up before you buy!I wouldn’t even offer 1 star for this but there is no option for 0!The product was delivered with the seal tab on the tub slightly detached. The sealed bag inside the tub was torn and the product inside was incredibly hardened. Hence I have not used the product. Attempted to contact about return/replacement but the product isn’t eligible so a complete waste of money!

This is the worst fondant ever bought, do not buy this, it just crumbles, u can t work with it, an absolute waste of money as not returnable

Very hard to use.
The media could not be loaded. This arrived and was rock solid. I tried to warm it and used the mixer to get a soft paste. This set almost immediately, making the formation of any sculpture impossible. So disappointed.I am experienced in making fondant and paste models and have never found a paste so unworkable.The only reason it for one star was because it tasted good.Can’t return this so I wasted a lot of money.
