10 pound 2 packs total how many pounds?

I ordered and was sent 1 - 2 lb. box. Not five. I filed a complaint and they offered to resend the order. They did. Another single 2 lb. box. I cancelled the order and my money was refunded. Don't waste your time on this one. It's a misleading offer.

Why does this need special handling and can not be shipped to me. Is it just not shipped to California? This is for the 2 10lb bags!

Same for me in NY and Amazon’s Customer Service holding forever... gave up and found it in the store. Cancelling my Prime now!
