How are these fastened?

These paper hats do not have a fastener, they sit on your head. I purchased these for my sons 7th birthday and they fit nicely for him and his friends. They weren't too big and they may be slightly bigger for smaller heads or kids 4 and under. The hats were a hit for our pizza party. We would definitley buy them again.

Will these fit adults?

Yes Unfortunately these Dino fit kids!

Would these fit kiddoes (5-10 years old)? Thank you!

No, these are too large for kids. The hats fell down over my niece & nephews faces (5-7 years old)

Yes! I bought these for my sons 7th Pizza birthday party. The kids loved it and the parents thought it was the cutest. I also bought the kids red aprons, they all made there own mini personal pies. These chef hats are paper and fit all the kids heads. I will definitley purchase these again.
