Many years ago, I read skills with people by the same author, and it was very helpful. Therefore, when I came across this book which I was shocked, I did not know about until recently I had to grab and read it. It is definitely, a recommended piece , in anyone’s hand, who is in a leader ship position?position.

I honestly wanted to give this two stars because this is not the full book, as another reviewer said, you should totally get the full version because it has so much more to offer. This book while short and more of a note type book has a lot of good pointers. You can incorporate a lot of the things mentioned in this book and improve your skills with people. However if you want to get a little extra then I suggest you read the actual book.

An Amazing Book to help you learn how to deal with people!

Fantastic book. It's a fast read, but one you'll want to read more than once. It goes deep when dealing with people skills and human nature--and you probably won't catch some of the most important points through one read only. I recommend this book to absolutely everyone--simply because working with human nature and improving people skills will not only help your business, help with your job, or help with your marriage, but it will also help you in this game of life. :)

Book is short and sweet! Some common sense information about dealing with people that most leaders still haven't figured out. Was recommended by a friend. Great little read and well worth the small investment.

In fact this book is a summary of another book "how to have confidence & power" by the same author. That book is also very practical and comprehensive. But this is is a nice summary of that. To be very true, how to have confidence and power is a better version for someone who really want a change.
