Great
Taste just like black coffee I don’t know that’s my preferred and it’s tasty to me gets the job done. Shake it over your sink when you open and be prepared for a little bit of a fizz out but nothing dramatic.

Good portion size but...
I didn't taste any of the qualities of a nitro brew. This stuff is nasty bitter. I waited forever for it to stay in stock so I could try it and it is a terrible disappointment. I won't buy it again.

Please understand what is the device at the bottom of the cans
Note on the review stating "Recently two different cans had some plastic piece inside the can that looked like a nozzle or cap." and the 1 star video review citing "foreign plastic object" in the can -- it's NOT bad QC nor is it a foreign object. It's called a Nitro Widget that contains the nitrogen or nitrous oxide gas which releases when you open the can. *Every* can will have this widget and so do other brands! The expense in canned nitro brews is due to this widget. I've attached an image of the actual widget inside the Rise coffee can and another image from the label of High Brew's Nitro coffee can explicitly mentioning their use of a nitrogen widget and how to "activate" it. Note that not all nitro coffee sold uses a widget. Some brands, like La Colombe, just infuses the gas into the coffee itself in lieu of a widget that releases the gas after opening. In this later case, you'll see either nitrogen or nitrous oxide included in the ingredients label. Now, onto the taste. Yes, it is more sour (aka fruity, tart, bright) than what you'd might expect, which is just due to the beans used and not roasting them to a darker level, and more acidic coffee is less sour when cold than when hot or at room temperature (hence the instructions on the side of the can to serve chilled) so if this is not up to your taste then I would suggest Starbucks Nitro black coffee or Groundworks Coffee Nitro, or High Brew Nitro black coffee cold brews I can tell that this is a more concentrated brew either by brewing time and/or quantity of beans used from the caffeine content of 180 mg per 7 oz. and the potassium content, also moderately high at 256 mg per 7 oz

Old and Sour
I am a big fan of Nitro coffee, I used to drink 2-3 cups of Cuvee a day on tap where I worked. The can I ordered had something wrong with it. Tasted extremely sour, unreasonably so. Took one sip and dumped it out. Next time I go to a Whole Foods I'll grab one to give them another shot.

Smooth
I can understand why some people wouldn't like the taste of this cold brew, but personally I enjoy it. To me, that's the taste of really good black coffee... some beans naturally taste like this. These particular ones are from Peru, and their high-altitude growing environment gives them a rich, unique flavor. These conditions are what gives it a strong chocolate taste. If you're expecting Pike Place Roast, the taste of this cold brew could potentially be off-putting. But honestly it's this kind of flavor which is indicative of high-quality coffee. Not for everyone I guess, but as a former barista I really enjoyed this drink. The nitro is just an added bonus.

Just barely okay. Poor QC.
Recently two different cans had some plastic piece inside the can that looked like a nozzle or cap. Weird. Coffee has always been okay, but a little bitter, overpriced, and under-caffeinated. It being organic was the main draw but it's really not enough.
