The grey wool pad would be most aggressive, the black microfiber would be medium along with the red foam pad, the red foam pad should finish slightly better the blue and yellow are mild pads for finishing but the yellow is the least aggressive/finishing pad

Q: Can you use these with velcro orbital sander?

Yes you should be able too. As long as the velcro is in good order

The blue foam pad would be the most similar

Great kit

The microfiber pads really helped getting some of the deeper scratches polished out. I’ve used these on about 4 cars now, they wash out nice and the hook and loop seem to be attached really well.
