This Pompeian 100% Avocado Oil Cooking Spray holds up well to high heat. It's good quality and a good value. It has a good texture and pleasant taste. A versatile spray, I like that there are no added propellants. I have not had any problems with leakage. The only thing I noticed is that it sprays more upward than most sprays. When I first used it, I got more on the back of my stove than in the skillet. Other than that, it sprays easily and evenly. A good value for a quality spray, I would purchase this cooking spray again; five stars from me.

I love the spraying ability on this oil, but you do have to practice between sprays and squirts. I, personally don't use the squirt function if I can help it. Not sure why it exists, lol. But I am loving this brand because the spray function is better than other brands that I have used so far. Gotta have my avocado oil! It's tasteless and works well for what I need it for.

Pompeian avocado oil non stick cooking spray is really good. It’s 100% avocado oil in a spray container with no propellant or other additives. It’s perfect to use with my Ninja air fryer when I’m cooking fish, chicken, potatoes, stir fry veggies and more. I generally avoid cooking sprays in my pans (especially nonstick cookware) but have been using this spray for pan frying eggs and meat without any scummy residue (at least so far). I prefer avocado oil spray as it has a high smoke point (500 degrees) and doesn’t add any noticeable taste or odor to my food. The amount that streams, sprays or dribbles out is adjustable based on how much pressure I apply to the sprayer with my finger, so I end up using less oil than using other sprays or when I pour from a bottle. This is nonGMO and packed in the USA. This oil tastes fresh and doesn’t expire until 2/23 (just bought it last month). Definitely recommend. Love it. 5 stars.

I love this oil because it does NOT have a detectable taste and can cook at a higher temperature, high smoke point. I used to use olive oil, but it's low smoke point means I must be so careful when browing batches of food over a long period.
