My PT has an expensive, professional version of this that is amazing. I got this to try and get some of that effect at home. This works way better than I expected. The pressure builds up strong. The pressure isn't distributed as evenly as the professional unit. But it's really good. I'd like it to be a little longer and go a little higher and lower. But it fully works for reducing swelling. I'm post ACL reconstruction surgery and having swelling issues

This is a wonderful product that is helping me with swelling and pain and with the combination of cold and compression really makes a difference for me.

Well designed and manufactured. Great way to wrap most of the knee (front and back). I only give a four because the flex wraps aren’t that cold and don’t stay that way long. But for quick, easy, and comprehensive this is a very nice wrap. I’m just one of those that wants it very cold and for a long time.

I ordered both this one and the one without compression. Will be sending the other one back as it's a touch smaller top to bottom. Wish they made both of these a touch longer to help in areas below and above the focal point. WOW...so much easier to ice my knee now, both front and back. I don't walk around with it on, but it stays right where I want it sitting down. Can adjust to where I want it, snug it up, and then compress with the bulb pump to help with swelling. You can really get this wrap tight and just pressing down on the release valve takes it all, or as much as you want out. I do notice that it doesn't stay as tight after a while and just give it a few more pumps, no big deal. The ice bags are pliable even when frozen and are easy to get in and out of the pouches in the wrap. Getting them tucked in the flap cover is not very difficult at all. I will even them out with my hands so no edges are sticking up before applying the wrap. The ice packs stay cool for about 30 minutes but cold therapy temps would be around 20 minutes. Don't want to ice any longer than that anyway. Haven't needed heat but I imagine they would have similar results. Will probably get more paks as they take a couple hours to freeze up again. So much easier to ice my knee now without having to adjust the ice pack or keep things between them and my skin. Just wrap and compress and wait effortlessly for the 20 minutes. Highly recommend.

I love this compression and cooling wrap! Outside the gray fabric and blue neoprene trim are both soft and slightly stretchy. The Velcro tabs don’t feel very grabby to the touch, but they are extremely grabby and hold very well. Inside, there are 3 pockets for ice packs, and they are each slightly stretchy so it isn’t too hard to insert and remove the ice packs. I was slightly worried about the overall length of the sleeve, since the specs say that it will fit a knee up to 21” and mine are 22” due to lymphedema and swelling. But my worry was unnecessary as the straps are stretchy and the sleeve wraps comfortably around my knee. I also still have plenty of room to inflate the sleeve, and that compression really helps relieve pain. I have had knee problems for 20 years and I purchased this compression wrap in preparation for my upcoming knee replacement surgery. This is the best item I have found to help with knee pain! The combination of ice and compression is amazing and really helps relieve my pain.

Would be 5 stars, but the Velcro started wearing out after 1 months of regular use. Otherwise, I love the compression and functionality.

I bought this in anticipation of a total replacement of my right knee. The education process wasn't perfect as I was unaware I was going to be supplied with one from a different company at the time of surgery. At first, I was frustrated because I didn't think I would need two. My experience has proven otherwise. I like this one best because it has two ice packs that are parallel on either side of the knee and then a third that goes perpendicular across the back of the knee. This creates complete coverage of the joint and the pump allows some pressurization for a snug fit. Warning, be careful not to get the velcro straps too tight and especially the pump to too high a pressure. This can result in discomfort and also slow fluid removal from the surgery site. I mentioned the second ice pack system that the surgeon supplied. It is a single pad with a harness to hold it in place and also a pump to snug it to the tissues. The other issue you will experience is dealing with the tourniquet they apply to your upper leg. Restricted blood flow to the quadriceps muscles for the duration of the surgery and the build up of lactic acid will create significant swelling, bruising and pain that I wasn't prepared for. Using the second pack on those tissues was a godsend. I got a second set of three gel packs for this set and was supplied a second pad with the other. Having 4 sets of pads, especially at night turned out to be the best of both worlds. Sometimes one or the other one seemed the correct choice. Trust me, more choices is always the best route. You may not need so many after a couple of weeks, but you'll be doing enough toughing it out to last a lifetime, so treat yourself well from the start.

Quality product with 360 degree wraparound for my knee with the bonus of an integrated hand pump for compression. The ice packs slip into 3 pockets and stay cold for at least 30mins, I bought an additional 3 to keep in the freezer and swap out when needed. The Velcro attachments are strong and well made the wrap is easy to apply and remove. . I have been using this product at least 3 times a day for 8 weeks to reduce swelling and discomfort following my total knee replacement and it works a treat. This was one of the best pieces of equipment I bought in preparation for my knee replacement operation and I highly recommend. It still looks brand new and is as functional as the day I bought it. Great product at a very reasonable price, don’t hesitate.

This was really great for my husband ACL tear recovery (no surgey). It came in handy to ice the knee as everything stays in place and the pump was helpful to add some compression. The ice packs are pretty easy to get in and out and are easily stored in the freezer. Would definitely recommend for any knee injury recovery.

Easy to use compression ice pack. Great quality materials and good instructions on how to use. Cooling both the top and bottom of the knee has eased not only the swelling on my knee but also the pain. Hopefully it will also reduce the bruising that occurs above the knee after a full knee replacement surgery.

Great product. Doesn't stay frozen long.
