Then Wrong Bracket *by E***. on Reviewed in the United States on January 27, 2020* First order came with no canopy, screws or mounting bracket. Seller was very prompt and willing to solve my issue, but the parts probably come from China since it would have taken 3 to 4 weeks to arrive. I opted to return the entire fixture and order another from Amazon with next day delivery.Second fixture came with everything, but the handyman that did the install said the bracket and mounting screws were wrong. He was able to install with his own hardware and the light fixture is working great and looks good with vintage Edison bulbs.I'm giving three stars because of the missing, and then wrong, parts. I'm also giving three stars for the design of the cages. If you ever have to replace a bulb, it will be a nightmare to reattach the cage since each cage has 8 screws, and getting them to all line up is a very frustrating experience. I can imagine it will be much more frustrating if you have to do it while on a ladder.Overall, the design was exactly what I was looking for with the Edison bulbs and vintage look. Plus the seller was very prompt and willing to solve any issues. Wish the cage had easier access to the bulbs, but if the LED bulbs do wind up lasting at least 5 years, then it hopefully won't be much if an issue to replace them.Note: bulbs not included, which I already knew. ### ⭐⭐ horrible *by J***O on Reviewed in the United States on January 4, 2021* This was NOT easy to install. Screws to attach unit to ceiling were too short. The bracket seemed like it belonged to another light. after trip to hardware store to get correct screws next came putting bulbs in.That was a nightmare as well. Had to unscrew all eight of the nuts place bulb inside and then screw all 8 back on. So 32 times x's 2 .this should have been a 15 minute job and it was a 2 hour project instead/// ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Gorgeous light fixture! Tricky Install! *by C***C on Reviewed in the United States on May 18, 2021* I really love the look of these lights. I think they add a nice industrial look to my farmhouse decor. They were a pain in the butt for my husband to install - I had read that in previous reviews and can vouch for the accuracy! It took him a good 30-45 minutes to get this installed and he has changed out that particular fixture twice in the past within 10 minutes or so. So be prepared for a little work to get them installed. Once they were up though I was very happy with them. I do recommend that you use LED Edison bulbs for these because EACH cage around EACH bulb has 9 screws you have to take out, then put back in just to replace a light bulb!
