Frosted Cap a Plus
We replaced a similar bulb, hoping this version would last longer than the original's six-months. We'll see. In the meantime, we liked its frosted 'Cap' which diffused the black light a bit better than the prior bulb's clear one. Also, it doesn't seem like we lost any output because of the frosting. In our subjective test, they appear to output about the same amount of light. Nice.

For small areas is good, if you want open areas you should buy several bulbs and distribute according to the decorations (in case of party)

I had purchased lots of other bulbs that didn't glow anything. These bulbs were exactly as I had hoped. We used them at a teenagers Hallowe'en party and everything glowed just as it should. Makes for great pictures! Great value for your money and great quality.
