It was hard to get the needle of the pump in the hole and the needle looks to have bent a little, but it has done the job for now - I hope the pump lasts as long as the cushion. Once inflated I can't get out the dents around the edge of the cushion. I have read other reviews where there has been the same issue, I have let the air out and inflated it again a couple of times making sure to not over inflate, but the dents remain. Bought for my Autistic 5 year old who struggles to sit still and hopefully he can use it for standing on too to help with his balance. He likes it, especially the very bumpy side, but was distracted by the dents in the side.
