Will this work with all cpap machines?

CPAP masks are compatible universally across all CPAP machines with the exception of the ResMed AirMini. Please note Philips Respironics has discontinued all DreamWear Gel Pillow masks as of February 14, 2021. All Dream Wear masks have now been replaced with silicone under new manufacturer part numbers. What does it mean by no head gear

I do believe it means it doesn't have the strap to hold it onto your head. But you can find those on Amazon, but I forget the price.

Does this work for side sleepers? Seems like it would cause issues with the pillows?

It is great for side sleepers. I couldn’t wear a CPAP all night until I found this style. The tube allows air to pass through either side, so the air passes through the tube opposite the pillow.

How many medium pillows come with this?

Mine came with one of each size pillow. A small, medium, and large. If you haven’t tried this mask before it’s a game changer for me
