BACK GEL PACK

Excellent item especially because it came with two gel pads. One stays in the freezer and the other i use to warm up. The best is extremely convenient also can get on with daily activities with it on. Bought it as I hurt my back working out

I am really bad and never leave feedback normally however, this product is amazing. Im a week post spinal surgery and this has helped so much with reducing pain and supporting my recovery. I worried that it would dig in at my waist and put too much pressure on my back but it is SO COMFY AND LIGHT WEIGHT! Would 100% recomend. Toying with the idea to get a 2nd for when i go back to work.

It is definitely a premium product. I've used it for a week now for a lower back injury (herniated disc L5 S1) and it's definitely providing some relief. I've got one in the freezer, which freezes well without going too hard and still very flexible for comfort, and that lasted quite well on the skin. I've had the other one in the microwave, and finding that perhaps doesn't retain heat for quite so long as i'd hoped, but then it's no hardship to put it back in the microwave and go again. That said, the heat does provide nice relief and no risk of burning. It's nice and slim, not too bulky at all. In fact I use it daily whilst sat in my home office, with no issues or discomfort. It doesn't get in the way. My only criticism, and perhaps a bit picky, is that the inside face of the belt (the net area) could be a bit softer - the velcro strip can be ever so slightly scratchy if you don't get it lined up right when inserting the pouch. That said, the overall neoprene construction is really nice, stretchy and comfortable. Overall, I would definitely recommend this to anyone with a need for cool/heat therapy on the lower back.

This is a game changer for moderate back pain. I have struggled with coccyx pain and since breaking my ankle my posture isn’t helping. This is so comfortable. I tend to keep it on all day as even without cold it’s just nice as a back brace. The two pads makes perfect sense so you ca have one cooling whilst using the other or one for cold one for warm? I tend to wear the logo side inwards though as my only critism it the netting can feel quite scratchy against my back hence not 5 stars. I like the padded side against my back. I guess if use the scratchy side it will prob be colder so it depends on requirements. I’ve not used for warm yet. But really please so far. 👍🏻👍🏻

Amazing just what I needed, does the job thank you

Not very comfortable to sit down with, due to the ridges in the pack. They stick into my back too much. It fit around me well though. I take the ice packs out on hot days so they stay cool for longer if ive been out and need one on, ie after been food shopping. By then they've list the hardness and are easier to wear and soothing

So far very satisfied with the item. Comfortable to wear and the interchangeable hot and cold gel packs are easy to use

Bought for my daughter who had surgery on back. She loves this and uses for both heat and cold. Super soft to use and a great size. Good quality. Was worth every penny.

I'd like to give it 3.5 stars, as it's good, but not a solid 4 from my view. I like the idea that I could wear a heated gel pack, rather than trying to sit awkwardly on a loose on. Initially I was very impressed. That was until one of the gel packs started to leak after only two uses. Fine, I can live with one, as I'd only use this for heat, and dont need a spare in the freezer. What could have also made this better would have been that the inner lining between you and the gel pack, were a bit thicker or solid. It's just a mesh, and if you use this when not wearing a shirt (or hiked up shorts), it's not comfortable against your skin. The gel packs also dont seem to retain heat very long. I have some cheap gel packs that stay warmer far longer. Very nice idea, executed fairly OK, but for the money, I think perhaps not work it. Might be best for those who want to gel pack while walking around. But if your sitting, regular gel packs seem to be just as effective.

Muy mala calidad de producto, menos de un mes de uso y se sale el gel por las uniones. Pasa lo mismo en ambos pads así que es defecto de fabricación.. No recomiendo que lo compren.

Messa nel forno microonde per riscaldarla, rilascia il calore perfettamente nella zona lombare, ma si adatta anche ad altre parti del corpo.
