Can I put a manila folder (letter-sized) into each slot?

You can, however the slots, by my measurement are about 8 1/4 inches tall, so it's probably going to stick up some, perhaps cover the tab on the plastic divider. The width is absolutely no problem. I couldn't lay my hands on a letterboxed-sized folder; I only have hanging folders.

I want to print the tab labels. Which Avery label template will fit these tabs?template

Is this made in China

It probably said where this was made on the original packaging, but I threw it away months ago. My file is completely full and I can't find anything about it on the outside. The file is reasonably sturdy. I can tell you that.
