These fit a large 3M 7503 repirator? And are they good for black mold?

This is the cartridge only without filters, but it fits 3M particulate filters for mold and the 7503 respirator.

Question 2

Does this contain the Particulate Filter retainer and particulate filters?  Thanks in advance.

No. I just bought these filters in Jan 2017 and they did not come with the pre-filters or retainer rings. Even though the previous answer said that they did, I suspected that they did not from the photo evidence so I added them separately to my order and I am glad that I did.

will it protect against paint vapors?

I think you should call 3m and ask if you are using it for something seriously toxic but what I used it for is laundry products people are using in buildings close to mine as the fragrances in these products make me ill. They worked very well for that, I could not smell the stuff at all. but they only work for about 18 hours total and you need to put them in a sealed zip lock bag in between uses or the carbon will keep absorbing stuff and become saturated.3m makes various cartridges for professional use and if you are doing something with for instance glues or varnishes you want to consult them as you don't want to harm yourself but if you are just painting a room with latex paint  they are good, 3m recommends also getting a particulate pre filter if you are doing woodworking or spraying the paint. (dust created) You have to buy the particulate filter separatelyThe organic vapor cartridge will work extremely well for about 18 hours of use if stored properly.

Question 4

I like to spray paint model kits. Are suited vs the vapor/fume and paint mist?

With a properly fitted / sized mask, these filters should do the job perfectly! Using a pair adaptors with the dust filters to stack over these filters' inlets should prolong their use life by capturing most of the actual paint mist droplets before they ever get to this quality vapor/fume stopper. Most claim that with the #6001 in use, you don't smell anything...not a trace!
