This is a solid computer
I was looking for a fanless computer to use in my woodshop. This was a really good price, so I was a bit leery. It's a small package, with a very respectable price. I have used it for emails, office suite, and other general web browsing. I also used it to play Runescape, which ran well at mid graphics settings. At the same time, I was watching a video, streaming runescape, and engaged in a voice call. It benchmarked above my laptop, and I have had zero issues. I would recommend this computer for people that have pets, as there are no fans to suck up pet hair. Also, a great shop computer for watching tutorials, as well as watching movies/music videos. Buy it already! On a side note, this seller has been awesome with communicating and offering any assistance for problems. There have been no problems, and that is a relief!

Just what I needed
I needed a mini computer to replace an old one in my observatory. I needed a lot of ports and most mini computers available on the market were lacking a few things that were very important to me. I decided to buy this one, it was an excellent value for the price, more powerful and about half the price of what I paid 7 years ago so I went with it. The most important thing for me was the ability to wake on lan so I can operate everything remotely and I was having issues accomplishing this as it was not working. I sent an email to customer service and received an answer the very next day with pictures and explanation how to plug a jumper on the motherboard and be able to wake the computer remotely. All I can say is that I am very impressed with this computer and even more with the customer service and I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an excellent mini computer.

Good support dude, Good value, Good config, Worrisome QA
-1 star for instant shutoff with CineBench 4 from Microsoft Store after clicking "run". UserBenchMark.com tool works. Pros: Great size & value & decibels. Running with 512G SSD, 1TB SSD, 5 TB 2.5" SATA, 32 GB RAM. 512/16 was the purchased config. Cons: For an industrial PC, having no "Start after Power Restore" or equivalent in BIOS is almost unforgivable. The company has one support email address (maybe 1 person) - who responded within a day or two of my emails. Turns out there is a jumper (3 pins between two serial ports on motherboard). Jumping the two away from edge of the motherboard provides this function. Had to tear down an old hard drive case to get the jumper from an IDE drive. Quad boots FreeBSD, VoidLinux, Elementary from one ZFS pool, and Windows from NTFS partition on same drive installed via VirtualBox to raw partition because... Windows can't deal with many attached storage devices after 30+ years of trying to get that right. Seems stable except for the -1 star note above. Somewhat worried that it will just die... but we shall see. Running 24/7.

Great Value and Customer Support
We ordered multiple units with no issues. We are having an issue with 1 SSD that is failing on one of the units. We've contacted Kingdel directly for assistance since the Amazon return window has passed. They are working with us to remedy the situation. So far, we are pleased with Kingdel honoring their warranty. Will update review if that changes.

Very disappointed
Plugged in the computer and turned it on and nothing appears on the monitor. The computer doesn't work.

Good industrial computer
This is my second Kingdel. I use is for astronomy control. The big advantage is the number of USB ports. The computer works well. The only potential issue is sending it to China for repair if there is a malfunction, which I have had to do. Turn around time is a couple of months.

Worked perfectly right out of the box.
The Kingdel Mini PC worked perfectly right out of the box. No documentation came with it, but I had a question about some extra parts that were included in the shipment and I got a quick reply to my question. I have not really had any support issues but this quick response encourages me that the support is there if I should need it in the future.

Great little computer that's well-built and as fully functional as a full size computer.
Quite a nice little computer. - I'm not fond of Windows 11, but at least it works and accepts programs from Windows 7 that run just fine - so far. After getting used to the Win 11 unnecessary convoluted GUI system, and how to stop it from looking for an internet connection when you disconnect it from the internet, it's all working fine. The computer has plenty of connections for everything you need to hook up to it, and manages it all very well. The only complaint I have is the pilot light "on" indicator is the size of a pin head and dark blue, so unless you're directly in front of it and a couple inches away, you can't see it - and there's really no excuse for that - and it's so irritating, it cost it one star in this review. Other than that, the computer is very well built and well worth the money. I recommend it.

Mini PC
This mini PC has been a pleasant surprise in terms of ease and practicality. It’s compact, silent, and genuinely simple to set up, Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed, so it’s ready to go straight out of the box. WiFi connected without a hitch, and the number of USB ports makes it easy to plug in peripherals without constantly swapping things around. The fanless design is impressive. Despite having no active cooling, it stays cool enough during regular use, and the silence is a real bonus, especially if you’re used to the hum of traditional desktops. Build quality feels solid externally, and it’s neat enough to sit unobtrusively next to a TV or monitor. Performance-wise, it’s a bit of a mixed bag. The CPU is dated, which does feel like a compromise at this price point. The graphics aren’t anything special either, but for streaming, browsing, and light tasks, it holds up well. It’s smooth, responsive, and hasn’t shown any signs of overheating. One standout feature is the BIOS. Unlike many mini PCs that lock down settings, this one offers a surprising amount of flexibility, which is great if you like to tweak or upgrade. There’s room for an mSATA or 2.5" drive, though the lack of a proper mount for the latter is a bit of a letdown. Overall, it’s a well-built, quiet, and user-friendly machine that works well for everyday tasks. The price feels a little steep given the older internals, but if silence, compactness, and ease of use are priorities, it’s a solid option.

Silent , Fanless industrial computer
I love how compact this PC is and it's very simple to set up straight out of the box. It already has windows 11 pro installed so it works straight out of the box. It connected easily to the WiFi It's completely silent which is great and I'm surprised that while having no fan it doesn't seem to heat up very much. It has lots of USB ports and they are easily accessible. The quality of the build externally is quite nice but unfortunately the spec isn't great. They have used quite an old CPU and the graphics card isnt amazing. I have been streaming TV on it tho and have had no issues. I think it's quite expensive considering the outdated CPU but it does actually work well. It's fast and feels smooth. I've only knocked it down to 4 stars because of the CPU.

Powerful, silent and built to last.
This KINGDEL mini PC is a great combination of performance and practicality. The all metal case feels sturdy and well built, while the fan less design keeps it completely silent perfect for offices, classrooms or home use. Setup was simple and it runs smoothly right out of the box. The Core i7 processor with 16GB RAM and 512GB NVMe SSD handles everyday tasks and multitasking with ease. It streams 4K video without lag, stays cool and the dual monitor support is a nice bonus. Compact, stylish and reliable it’s excellent value for money and ideal for anyone looking for a quiet, high performance mini PC. Highly recommended.

Good little PC, if a little outdated.
This is an interesting one - it's quite cheap for a full PC which is good. It comes preinstalled with Windows 11 Pro which is very nice, and doesn't seem to be one of those 'cheap specials' that come with dodgy components. It is however quite outdated with a 7-8 year old CPU. I immediately installed Ubuntu server on it to use it as a media station/backup/NAS combo and it works for that really well. Perfectly fast and importantly completely silent. I wouldn't use this for any intensive tasks as the lack of cooling might become an issue. Overall 4 stars just because of the outdated components, but it's a really complete package and comes with everything you need (even WiFi antennae).
