On auto renew
This magnesium is used for nerve health. I’m so happy to be able to purchase it on auto renew here. It’s very hard to find in pharmacies so I buy in bulk. Prescriptive from my neurologist so happy with this product and will continue to buy. No issues at all.

Bought this to help with sleep
Magnesium was recommended by a friend to help with my trouble sleeping. I like this because it's not a crazy high dose - that can be dangerous for anyone with heart arrhythmias. The tablets are a little on the large size. I have no trouble swallowing them, but if you tend to have problems be aware. I think it really does help me relax a little and stay asleep longer. Could be placebo affect, lol, but that's OK too.

I CAN USE THIS SUPPLEMENT WITHOUT ANY TYPE OF ALLERGIC RESPONSE COMMON FOR ME WITH ORAL SUPPLEMENTS.
There is not much one can say about vitamin or mineral dietary supplements, except that I have many, many food allergies, which includes many of the 'inactive ingredients' used in all oral medications and - I HAVE NOT EXPERIENCED ANY OF THOSE ALERGIC RESPONSES USING THIS BRAND OF THIS PARTICULAR SUPPLEMENT and am therefore very thankful for this product.

This tablet unlike other Magnesium supplements will not cause the Bowels to bother you...

Works very well for me!
This is the first magnesium I've tried that doesn't seem to upset my stomach at all. I feel like this is the best magnesium I've tried for all of the mag benefits. I feel like my brain is clearer, I have a little less pain, and a little more energy. I have been taking these as per directions on bottle for a little over 1 week. 2 pills 3 times per day. Only 100 pills are in the bottle, which means that 1 bottle lasts 16 days if taking as directed. So far I feel like it is definitely worth it for me to do that because of the neurological health benefits that I saw right away, but I'll continue to try to find a less expensive, but still good quality mag gluconate.
