The book is fantastic and a great resource but it is the restrictions on the devices that is reflecting poorly for something I paid good money for and should have the right to full access to any device I choose as I please. This book needs to have the restrictions removed and update the access for free readers to include Kindle for Mac iOS (and for PC). I will change my review when this is updated.

From top practitioners in the industry, this resource is invaluable, equating to at least a year of university study or more. It's incredibly comprehensive and insightful—I only wish I had come across it twenty years ago...
