What are measurements of the flask. Length and Diameter? Also length with spout and without?

7 inches long with spout, 5 inches without spout. Diameter is 1 and 3/8 inches.

Can you change the spout ?

You can unscrew the spout from the body, but I'm not sure what else is on the market that you could replace it with.

Can I fill my powder measure to 85 grains with this flask without wasting powder?

It shuts off as fast as my TC flask. Measuring half units is tricky with any flask.
