ORIGINAL REVIEW in October I'm a happy Amazon shopper, and was so glad to find these easy to install lights. And, the price was very fair. I bought them on January 1st, 2021 and it's now October, 2021 and I wish I could say I was just as happy. My purpose was to light up the front flower bed and our house number and I have to say, I was pretty darn proud of my find, and how well, the lights worked. Adjustable, dim and bright options...the perfect product. BUT, NOW THEY'VE QUIT AND I HAVE A DARK YARD. SOOOO disappointing. I gave four stars to all the features, but if the lights don't work, then I guess four stars is waaaay to generous. I read reviews that said customer service is good, so I'm hopeful that will be my experience. Watch for my update, as I will let you know if the company was able to help me, too. UPDATE November 26th I wrote an email to the company on their website about my malfunctioning lights...but there was a snafu in the "submit" option on their site. SOOO...I I wrote a new email directly to [email protected]. In a day or so, I got a response from STEVEN LAU. He said he was sorry I had difficulty and he would send free of charge two lights to replace mine that quit working. The note was not signed by Mr. Lau, but rather by someone named "Cruz". Regardless, I wrote back with a thank you, since I'm found that all positive notes are way more successful. Sure enough, I received two brand new lights, charged them as directed and they are now lighting up my yard. I couldn't be happier with the company's PR and rather quick response time considering the time difference. My suggestion to anyone who has had a light that quit working...write an email using the info I provided. above.

I’ve been using this brand of solar lights for years and they continue to be one of my favorites. I use them for uplighting trees and around the house, and they give off great light. The batteries charge surprisingly quickly during the day, and I love that there are two brightness settings. I recently switched from the cool white to the warm white, and I’ll be posting pictures showing the difference in color. The warm white looks so much better with my exterior lighting and gives the house a more polished, elevated look. They’re long-lasting, reliable, and such a great value for the price. I highly recommend.

Update. 6/28/2017 After posting the review below with 3 stars I was immediately contacted by the seller COCO-VISION. And asked again if 2 replacement lights would resolve this issue. I said sure and 3-4 days later the lights arrived in perfect condition. I was also informed that the reason for the delay in response was due to the person handling my issue was no longer working there. I still give the product itself 5 stars. And due to the issue being resolved I upgrade the overall review to 4 stars. I do feel however that a backup system needed to be in place to handle CS issues when employees leave a company. This is evidently not the case. That is why I am still withholding 1 star. I order 2 boxes (4) initially of these solar spotlights. I was so please that I ordered 4 more boxes for a total of 12 lights. They are much brighter than anything form the local hardware or big box stores. The 18650 batteries do last all night and the light and solar panels are easy to adjust. I would give this product 5 stars all the way. But I cannot due to damaged product and poor customer service. 2 of the lights in the same box arrived damaged with the solar panels broken totally off. So I contacted the seller "COCO-VISION" sent them a picture of the problem with the SKU#. They promptly replied the next day asking if a replacement set shipped would be adequate to resolve the issue and to confirm my shipping address. I replied next day saying a replacement set would be great and complimented them on their quick reply. Well about 2 weeks went by with no replacement lights arriving so I sent COCO-VISION a quick mail just to inquire on the status of the replacement lights. Nothing.....No reply or response. I thought to myself they may be shipping from China so I'll give them a few more days. I contacted the seller again a few days ago as it's now been over 5 weeks and again nothing. No reply, no response. I give the product 5 stars because after 5 weeks 10 of the 12 that I paid for that were functional, are all still working perfect. But I must deduct 2 stars for poor customer service. 1 star for not shipping the replacement lights and 1 star for not even acknowledging my emails.

These solar lights are fantastic. This is about my third or fourth set ordering. I have palm trees in the back of my house that I like having lit up at night. I love the fact that they’re a warm yellowy light and not a bright white light, this was the look I was going for. They are very simple to use. They suggest charging them up in the sunlight for about 24 hours before turning them on which is exactly what I do. Once the 24 hours is up there’s a little switch on the light, you press once for a dimmer light and twice for a brighter light. I always use these lights on the brightest setting. During the summer months these lights stay lit well past the time we go to bed, in the winter months not so much since it gets dark so early. They stay lit for approximately six-seven hours once it gets dark. This is not a big deal for me since were not outside that late in the winter months anyways. These lights usually last me somewhere around 18 to 24 months. I believe you can replace the battery on these but since they’re such a great price I just throw the old ones out and get a new set. These lights are the only brand I’ll ever purchase since they put off a nice bright light, they last pretty long and they’re offered at a great price. I should also add that they withstood several hurricanes, so they are most definitely weatherproof. We have a pond behind our house and with the last hurricane (Hurricane Ian) the water came all the way up to our lanai so these lights were more than halfway submerged in water and they still kept working without any difficulty!

I bought a set of these back in 2023 to light up our brick mail box it is now 08/24/2026 and my lights are still working great. Zero maintenance. I haven’t touched them since I put them up. And they just work great. I’ve bought a back up set but I haven’t used them.

Anyone can write reviews on new products and sometimes I do but it's nice to see reviews after a product has been well used. These lights are now two years old as I purchased them in June of 2018 and started using them. I really like these spotlights as they create a nice bright spotlight effect if well charged on a sunny day. The color is nice and the lights stayed on for about 6 hours after dark which wasn't too bad. For the price and what you get I probably would have given this product 4.5 stars when newly purchased. I live in California and the sun is very intense in the summer and temperatures reach 110 degrees or more on hot blistering days. So, after two years how do I feel about these lights? If you refer to the pictures I've attached you will see that the surface layer of the solar panels has deteriorated and peeled off. The clear plastic covering on the LEDs has discolored a yellowish tint and has become more opaque so the intensity of the light has decreased compared to the first year I used them. I think it has come to the point where I may replace them soon as a result of these issues. However, it doesn't mean that I couldn't continue to use them as they do still function. They now stay on for about 3 hours after dark and are less intense than when new. I've shown pictures of 2 of the 4 I bought new and the one's that are not shown have not deteriorated as badly but follow the same kind of wear. In winter months they light-up only on sunny days they are well charged and last only for an hour or two and on overcast days they don't charge well. Overall they still work OK in winter months. Two of my lights broke off of the stake because they are cheap plastic material but only after they were bumped or knocked - and they still work but not with the stake. In conclusion, these lights work well for 2 years in hot and sunny climates but may last longer if you live in a more moderate climate. For the relatively affordable price they may be worth replacing every 2 years but I haven't yet decided what to replace mine with. It does seem a bit wasteful that they last only 2 years but plastic doesn't hold up well to intense sunlight radiation. In the end I gave it 3 stars because while they work well the first year they fade pretty quickly in the second and probably will have to replace them soon.

First--I paid full price for this product and therefore, this is a truly honest review! I wish the maker would give me a couple because I am completely happy with the ones I have purchased. I originally purchased two units and liked them so much I bought 4 more and I'm seriously contemplating more of them after I see how we get through some cold weather use. I live in the country and it is pitch black at night. I've used these to light up tree trunks in my back yard so that I have some light back there when I look outside. Because I live in the south, I am blessed with mostly sunny days but I've noticed that these units give good light even on cloudy days. Each light is bright and I have them set on the low light setting so they will last longer through the night. I can't say how long they actually stay on because I've never seen them go off even after 6 hours past dark. I just can't stay up that late. Installation is easy! I did take some time in getting them situated to their best advantage and it is so simple to change their position that it was no trouble at all to tweak them. I've only been using them for one month, so if they last I will continue to be overjoyed with them. If they don't I will append this review. Update: I've been using these LED solar lights for a full year now and I am quite happy with them. First of all, set on low, they last through the night, even in winter. I've now had occasion to look at them just before dawn and there they were--shining away. I think that is pretty phenomenal. They have held up well through heat and cold and torrential rains. A couple of the plastic lens have clouded a bit, but all of them still put out a consistent good light. I intend to purchase more.

First off, I love solar yard lights because they are 1) inexpensive to purchase and operate and B) you can set'em up and forget'em. They may not be the brightest bulbs in the yard, but I don't need my modest property light up like Times Square, so I'm quite happy with the range of light they offer. Their flexibility and reliability have pleasantly surprised me; several of the cheaper lights I bought years ago still work, which is something I never expected. With that out of the way, the Solar Lights,URPOWER 2-in-1 Waterproof 4 LED Solar Spotlight Adjustable Wall Light Landscape Light Security Lighting Dark Sensing Auto On/Off for Patio Deck Yard Garden Driveway Pool Area(2 Pack) I bought from Amazon (say that five times fast!) are some pretty nice spotlights, solar or otherwise. They're cheaper in price compared to the local big box store and the quality is much higher. Just the fit and finish -- something I normally don't care about with something like a yard light -- is higher quality ... the solar cell looks like something NASA might use! Best yet, in the two weeks I've been using them they've proven reliable and bright! Be warned, however, these lights have a cool white, almost blueish color, which contrast with my other lights which are more warm, nearly yellowish color. I understand they make these lights in the more warm color, so that will be my next purchase. Meanwhile, I've stationed these lights in a different part of my yard, one on my garden shed and the other on my garden gate; if you didn't know better, you'd think a super-moon was shining on that part of my yard. Highly recommended!

Followed instruction for charging. Once done lights go on every night without problems,bright white light. Best of all waterproof.

+ The light seems to work even without much daylight - The on off button doesn’t tell you when it is on or off, and you only know for certain when the light comes on that evening

I have had the lights charging in the garden for 48 hrs and neither work at all. What a joke. No instructions and a switch on the solar panel that does not indicate whether it is on low, high or off.
