I am very anxious to start soldering using these quality parts

It's a decent perfboard with good manufacturing. As others have said the premade reacts can be helpful but may also create problems when laying out many components. My boards could not be snapped apart but needed to be cut. Also the traces are *very* deep. The description makes it look like you could sever them with a cutter but there is no way. So modifications to the traces are not possible.

nicely made. The pads go all the way through, not stuck on, and the boards are modular in the sense that you can leave them attached together for a larger project or split them up for smaller ones. You can even span two boards with an IC because the holes line up where the boards join - there's no gap. They also look nice.

I love these little boards. They're high-quality and I find the groupings of three connected holes to be very useful for the type of projects I'm working on.

The media could not be loaded.  Was able to build an arduboy using an unsnapped 4 piece board. Will need to encase it to keep it from weakening at the snappable seems but this is not an immediate problem as the seems are strong enough for prototype and some handling.

This is one of the most useful boards to build projects. I'm using it to connect 10-conductor flat cable to an Ethernet jack. The signal controller for my model railroad uses flat cable output. I'm using cat-6 cable to connect to the signal towers.The layout of the board makes it easy to get two adapters on one small square

Well made and exactly what I expected. That said I wish each quarter had one more column so that one quarter of the board could align with the header on a raspberry pi.

Worked good with my project. The pads are small so can be a bit difficult soldering.

They do look like quality boards. Hope they are as good as they look.One issue I have had with other boards is copper pealing off when you have to re-solder a component or replace it. Hope these are made of hardier stuff. They certainly look it.
