Review: It's extremely easy to use and works perfectly - I pump at work, and with this adapter I can use my Medela Pump In Style Advance and pump straight into the Tommee Tippee bottles. The adapter just screws onto the bottle and the pumps screws into the adapter. It's extremely easy to use and works perfectly. Just keep in mind that there's only one per package, so if you use a double pump you'll need to buy two.

This also equates to less bottles I have to wash out daily which is great. Works with any pump with a standard screw neck size like Ameda, Medela, and Lansinoh Affinity Pro ( will not work with signature pro due to that using a standard wide neck screw neck .) Great buy and a time saver. Note: This is an adapter of one. If you need two then increase quantity to two when adding to cart. This can also be bought in store at Babies R' Us.

A: No, this one does not.

**Q: Do these adapters work for Nuk wide neck bottles (to attach to Medela Pump in Style)?  Thanks.**
A: no, these are wider than the Nuk bottles

**Q: Do these work for the tommee tippee advance anti colic bottles?**
A: Believe these will work on all tommee tippee bottles.  This attachment saved me from buying different and more bottles.  My son didnt like the regular nipples that you get from the hospital and we had a hard time latching.  Since I had gotten a bunch of the tommee bottles from my baby shower and so I decided to get this attachment so I could still use my medela breast pump. Worked perfectly. Best investment.

**Q: Does this work on Ameda Purely Yours pump?**
A: It does. I use these adapters with the Ameda pump.

I was so disappointed that I couldn't find these adaptors anywhere in Australia. I have to pump into other bottles then transfer into my son's TT bottles. I was excited to find them here for such a good price. Note that each pack comes with one adaptor, so if you are double pumping you will need to purchase two. These fit standard breast shields and I use with original standard sized Spectra (the ones that fit the blue cap bottles not the wide-neck) and standard Maymom.
