LagunaClay Cone 5 B Mix (25lb)

I used this clay with little wedging for practice on the wheel as I am relatively new to pottery. It was very easy to handle and to re-use over again.

Awesome clay! I threw a pot straight out of the bag without wedging and it performed beautifully. Definitely my new favorite!

Clay class need and enough for about 20 medium items

Easy to throw and results are beautiful.

I had been using Aardvark bmix, and seemed to have problems centering and throwing it. Someone recommended this clay, and luckily, a local studio carries it, so I was able to pick up a 25lb bag to try it out. Looooove! It is buttery smooth, super easy to wedge right out of the bag, and is a dream to throw. It even reuses very well, too. Highly recommend! The photos show what they clay looks like leather hard, and bone dry.

This is my second order of this clay. The first one fired up white (as seen in picture.) The new block fired to a very light salmon pink. It’s fine if you plan to glaze the whole piece. But, if you’re planning to use the clay body as a white background, you may want to try something else.

Professionals will not fire this

Great, used it before, a bit soft, but can adapt.
