I'm a Massage Therapist and I use it on myself when my muscles get tight. It works very well.

This tool is amazing! I have used Graston (scraping) tools of various types for years. I don’t know what it is about this tool but it is far superior to the different ones I’ve used in the past. I put in between my heating pad to warm it up and use jojoba oil and have had some fantastic results - not only on myself but on clients too. I will be purchasing another one to keep at home.

easy to use but the problem is, it's too big for my hand. it hurts when you put more pressure

I bought this for my hands. I work with my hands, warehouse work. So my hands and forearms get stiff and tight. Massage did not help much. I bought a different, cheaper, flat metal guasha tool several months ago. It helped a little, but not enough. I had hesitated to buy the Wave Tool because of the price. Eventually I needed relief enough to take the chance. (There was a Prime Day discount.). It is worth the price. It really helped my hands . I hadn't realized how much pain I had in my hands until it was released. The tool comes with instructions and links for more info. I would advise one to follow instructions, and start gently. Avoid scraping tendons. I am glad that I purchased the Wave Tool. I would buy it again if I lost it.

I have been performing soft tissue mobilization for my climbing injuries and those of my friends for over eight years. During that time I have collected many tools from $1.99 pot scrapers to metal tools upwards of $100.00. I bought this tool in August of 2017 and since then my collection of tools has been gathering dust. The best buy on the market and the only complete one in all tool. This tool has the best ergonimic grips (which is awesome given I am frequently treating wrist tendinitis) and is the only tool that performs every function from soft tissue mobilization to deep tissue release and massage. The curves have proven to work on any body part from finger pulley injuries to wrist tendinitis/tendinosis to broader areas like the IT band. Its the only tool I use now and as an aging athlete hanging with a younger crowd, it keeps me in the game. This is my permanent travel companion. Charles Tate MD
