I've had one of the lighthouses in my front yard for about 8 or 10 years. This spring the light refused to turn off in the daylight and the battery would no longer be charged. I found this item. It is a perfect replacement for the top of the old lighthouse. It came with a battery and makes my old lighthouse work as new for less cost. My driveway access is now much safer, with less chance of running aground.

I love this, great price, But, I wished you could control the motor speed. To me, it spins too fast. I want to slow down the lighthouse light speed. But, still 5 stars. --- A couple weeks later, downgrading from 5 stars to 4 stars. It was great the first week, bright light, and the spinny-thingy. Two weeks later, it doesn't spin, and the LED light is very week. I've noticed a common 3.7V battery. I'll try to change that.

Works great, old base glued in so I just used the old base it fit

Purchased two. One works beautifully. One does absolutely nothing. Checked the battery after a bright and sunny day. Battery charged, but the device is doing nothing. There is considerable risk in ordering this item. Cannot recommend it. I recommend ordering one of the more expensive ones, and at least it will be worth returning if it doesn't work.

its ok, but it isn't rotating. That was the whole idea of a 'lighthouse' beacon.

So cool and works great on my garden lighthouse that I removed the light piece from.

I had a garden lighthouse that I love, but it no longer would light up. I bought this one with the hope that it would fit on my lighthouse. And it did!!

First night worked as expected. hopefully it will continue to do so.
