Works well, smooth flow, plastic head
It looks nice, it all works well, it did tend to dribble at first but stopped with more use. It is a lot, we wish the end was metal instead of plastic, but not anything we can do about that. The water seems to have a nicer smoother flow than other taps we have used. So on sale it is worth it, full RRP, not so much. You buy it for the looks, as subjective as that is.

Poor Customer Care from Amazon
I bought this Tap from Amazon and only had 16 months use of it when it started to leak from inside the tap, I had to call out a plumber over the Christmas period that cost me a lot of money, the plumber said that the tap was leaking from inside and could not be repaired. This is a very expensive tap and when I reported this to Amazon they told me that I had satisfactory use of the products and that 16 months is the average life of the tap and if I need any assistance, I will have to contact the manufacturer direct as they can’t help me. This is a disgrace, this is a very expensive tap and Amazon fail to take any responsibility. Shame on you Amazon for you failure and you lack of customer care. Disgraceful.

Returned as end was plastic and cumbersome
I returned this item. I hadn't expected the end to be plastic and didn't have confidence it would last. Have been told plastic is so that hand doesn't get burned from hot water but it was also quite large and uncomfortable to hold

Lovely tap
Lovely well made tap, it feels and looks quality very happy with it so far, cant comment on the fitting or use yet as the kitchen isn’t finished, waiting for plastering to be done. We have a grohe spray tap in the utility and that was easy to fit so not expecting any problems.
