OK chalk but leaves blue marks on cue ball
The chalk keeps the tip dry and is good for stroke. However it leaves blue marks on the cue ball that does not go away even on wiping. This makes the cue ball look dirty. OK but can't recommend unless the blue color of the chalk is lighter and does not leave marks on cue ball.

Why without box, open in bubble wrap
Chalks were sent in bubble wrap, where is the box? Good chalk but where to keep them if there is no accompanying box like it should. Is the box so expensive, that you tried to save its cost..
